I don’t have a ”formal writing education” either and I sometimes envy people with it and people who has english as their first language. Even if I can make myself understod I love the virtuosity some have with elequent words. ( Allthough sometimes fancy words can be of hindrance). I write to more than survive I have clawed myself through life too many years so now I need to nurture that flickering light of weird and fate

Simple words that are real and alive; precise and true do the most work for inviting a reader in to our world, making space for them to have their very own experience . I’m coming to this late in life through the best teacher over at @Writing in the Dark.
